What is the best way to get in touch with someone about my Wine Club Membership?

How many wine clubs does Avondale Sky Winery offer?
There are two different Wine Clubs at Avondale Sky. The Sky Wine Club offers a variety of different wine styles, four bottles in each of the four shipments yearly and a host of benefits including detailed notes from our winemaker, a discount on all wine and merchandise purchased at the winery, an opportunity to purchase new wines before the public release and an invitation to our Pick Up parties at the winery to have fun and save shipping costs.

The Sky Club Plus offers six bottles of wine in each of the four shipments a year. Of course, it also includes detailed notes from our winemaker, a discount on all wine and merchandise purchased at the winery, an opportunity to purchase new wines before the public release and an invitation to our Pick Up parties at the winery to have fun and save shipping costs. But, you also receive invitations to special Sky Club Plus member events, complementary tour and tasting experiences for you and up to 5 of your friends and access to a designated Sky Club Member parking spot at the winery.

Which wines are included in Sky Wine Club shipments?
Club Members shipments consist of carefully pre-selected wines.  There will be some of the most popular wines we sell and a few hidden gems created in small lots for Club members.

What does it cost to join?
It depends on what level you’d like to join.  The Sky Club membership will cost between $80 and $95 for each shipment, plus shipping where applicable. The Sky Club Plus member ship will cost between $120 and $150 for each shipment, plus shipping where applicable.  There is no obligation to join and you may cancel anytime.

How do automatic shipments work?
Members automatically receive four shipments from the Winery each year. Your credit card on file is charged prior to each shipment and you will be notified by email of impending shipments.

What is automatically charged to my credit card?The charges placed on your credit card for the automatic shipments will be the cost of the wine.  If you are not able the Pick Up party to get your wine, after 72 hours we’ll mail it to the address you’d provided.  Your card will also be charged for applicable shipping costs.

What if my credit card is not approved for a shipment?
You will receive a notice asking you to contact us to update your credit card information so that we can process the shipment you missed. With an approved credit card you will then receive your wine shipment.

How do I place an order additional for wine?
Members can place orders for additional wine by calling us at (902) 235-2047 during business hours or, send an email to: skyclub@avondalewine.com, or fax (902) 253-2057.  Additional wine orders of a case or more will receive the 10 percent discount even though they were not purchased at the winery itself.

How do I give an Avondale Sky Wine Club membership as a gift?
It’s as simple as filling out the Avondale Sky Wine Club signup form with your information in the mailing and credit card fields and the gift recipient’s information in the delivery field. The automatic shipments will be billed to your credit card. You can designate a gift to be either ongoing or to continue until the number of gift shipments you specify have been sent.

How do I change my membership information (address, phone, credit card, etc.)?
Contact us at (902) 235-2047 during business hours or, send an email to: skyclub@avondalewine.com, or fax (902) 253-2057. Please notify us promptly of any address or credit card changes so that you can receive your wines with minimum inconvenience.

What if I’m not home when Canada Post tries to deliver my shipment?
Canada Post will leave notice that a delivery was attempted and ask you to make pick up arrangements. We strongly recommend using a business address for your shipments. If this is an issue for you, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

What if my shipment could not be delivered and was “returned to sender”?
Contact us at (902) 235-2047 during business hours or, send an email to: skyclub@avondalewine.com, or fax (902) 253-2057 and re-shipment arrangements will be made — or we will contact you to make new arrangements.

Can wine shipments be sent to me in the United States or throughout Canada?
Due to restrictive legislation regarding the direct shipment of wine to particular states and provinces, Avondale Sky Wine Club cannot ship wine everywhere.  Please consult your local legislation to ensure you are eligible to receive wine.

How do I cancel or suspend my membership? How can I rejoin?
Contact us at (902) 235-2047 during business hours or, send an email to: skyclub@avondalewine.com, or fax (902) 253-2057 to cancel, suspend or reinstate your membership.

If you plan to be away for an extended period, we can arrange to hold your wine, ship your wine to an alternate address, or suspend your membership during your absence.
You may cancel at any time. Members are responsible for notifying Avondale Sky Winery their intent to cancel. We confirm all cancellations in writing or by telephone to ensure that your membership is closed. Upon cancelling, there will be no further obligation except for wine shipped prior to receipt of the member’s request to cancel.
