Shipping & Return Policy

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard as valid forms of payment. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include RRFB bottle deposit. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel within two business days of being received (weather permitting).

At this time, orders placed through our website can only be shipped within Canada.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed. If you require modifications to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately at info@avondalewine.ca or (902) 253-2047 during business hours. We cannot guarantee modifications will be accepted after your order has been placed.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If you are not available to receive your parcel when it arrives at your delivery address, it will be redirected to the nearest Canada Post location. Additionally, a card will be left in your mailbox informing you that a delivery attempt was made, and it will include the address of the Canada Post depot where your parcel may be obtained.

We strongly recommend using a business address where a person 19 years of age or older will be available to accept your parcel to avoid delivery issues.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns unless a product is unsatisfactory or believed to be faulty. If you have received a product that is unsatisfactory or faulty and would like to inquire about making a return, please contact us at info@avondalewine.ca or (902) 253-2047 during business hours.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED GOODS

If you have received an order that includes damaged goods such as broken wine bottles, you may either:

  • Accept the delivery. If you accept the delivery, you may enjoy the undamaged goods immediately and we will replace or refund the damaged product(s) only. In such instances, we ask that you take clear photographs of the damaged product(s) before disposing of them and be sure to notify us at your earliest convenience.
  • Refuse the delivery. In such instances, the parcel will be returned to Avondale Sky Winery. Once the damaged parcel has been received by Avondale Sky Winery, we will reship a new parcel to you at no additional charge.
